Introduction
|
Fen Wang became a fellow member of faculty of SME SME of BIT in 1995. She lectures in Human Resources Management for MBA, graduate and undergraduate students. He explores diverse teaching patterns accordingly. And he won the first prize of Excellent Teaching of BIT. Before joining BIT, she used to work in electronic company and finance company for years, resulting in her rich experience. She is a consultant of human resource for many companies and serves as a trainer for managers in many big companies and institutes. |
