Introduction
After received Management PhD in Beijing Institute of Technology on 2004, from graduation till now, I have taught several courses, e.g. "Project management", "Theory of corporation", "Company organization and management", "Performance management", "Job analysis" etc.

Research Projects
Participated in two national natural science fund projects, hosted in humanities and social sciences project fund of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China 《Research on non-family member in family business renegade behavior which caused Malicious-competitive behavior forming, impact and prevention mechanism》(project no. 09YJC630009).
Other projects participated:
(1)2007~2008,“research on how to build an innovation-based mode for Dong Ying city”, one of the Project results is “Yellow River Delta district innovative urban systems thinking - Exploration and Practice of Dong Ying (China Economic Press, 2008)
(2)2005~2007,A project of Ministry of Science project “Chinese science and technology personnel Development and statistical index system research”
In addition, participated in nearly 10 enterprise horizontal projects, hosted 3 projects. The  projects are “human resource project of Beijing Liangxiang industry group”(2007),“performance Management of Gan Su Xin Lianhai Natural Gas Co., Ltd.”(2007),“labor distribution system reform of China Tobacco Import & Export Co., Ltd. of Shandong branch”(2009).
