Introduction

Dr. Xinmin. Wen，male, born in kuerle city, Xinjiang Province, PRC in 1966, presently serving in the Public management department in Bit. He graduated from School of Management in Dalian University of Technology in 2003 and got his PhD degree majored in Science and Technology Management.

Experiences

Dr. Wen has been persisting in the works of research, teaching and writing in the area of public management, S&T management, innovation management, innovation systems and public policies, etc. In the recent years, he conducted continuous and high quality researches in the above fields, and published more than 20 papers on core academic periodicals which are related to his specialty. The articles published on Studies in Science of Science, Science of Science and management of S&T, management of Science, China S&T review, etc.
