Introduction
|
Zhang Jihai graduated from China University of Petroleum, awarded B.A. of Engineering in Industrial Trade and Computer Application in 1999. He graduated from China University of Petroleum,awarded M.A. of Management in Enterprise Management in 2002. Then, he graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, awarded Ph.D. of Management in Management Science and Engineering. And he is the first Ph.D. to research national economy mobilization in Management Science and Engineering in China.
Now he is an Associate Professor, Ph. D. Instructor in SME of BIT, the Party branch secretary of National Training for National Economy Mobilization Education, one of the leaders of the informationization of Mobilization of National Economy discipline which is a national defense feature discipline of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic China, the Vice-Director of the State Economy Mobilization- national defense feature lab.He is also a Certified Management Consultant, a registered consultant in Beijing Technology Consulting Association, a registered e-commerce engineer division of General Chamber of Commerce China. He has long been in the energy industry, military industry, working in strategic consulting, policy advice, organizational consulting, IT consulting, and other aspects of economic evaluation

Representative Research Achievements
|
In recent years, he has published 35 papers. There are 16 papers indexed by EI, 9 papers indexed by CSSCI, 5 papers indexed by core journals. He also has published the academic monographs-"system modeling and simulation research for State Economy Mobilization ", which first made a research on the basis of the theory of National Economy Mobilization and won the Chinese University Press Book Award (provincial level) outstanding academic book prize in 2011. As a vice-editor he has published ‘Studies on National Economy Mobilization’, which is National Key Book planning project in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period. The past five years, he directed eight academic graduate students, two of whom get Beijing Institute of Technology Outstanding Master's thesis, four national scholarship.
In 2005, he first proposed the concept of mobilization alliance, and systematically described the historical background and foundation of economics of mobilization alliance as the theoretical foundation of agile mobilization core organization. Through nearly 10 years of development, he has built a mobilization alliance theoretical system and provides a suitable methodology for guiding national economy mobilization’s theoretical research and practical work.After several years of enrichment and development, currently agile mobilization theory has been called a domestic mainstream mobilization theory after classical mobilization theory (rapid mobilization, joint mobilization, and precise mobilization) by the National Economic Mobilization Office.
In 2007, he put forward the basic theoretical framework of national economy mobilization logistics. He summarized studies on domestic economic mobilization practice and theoretical research work, and clarified some of the misconceptions about the work.
On the basis of summarized studies on domestic economic mobilization Practice, he proposed the basic theory of national economy mobilization logistics framework and practice in 2007. The theoretical results have been a trial basis in some provinces and cities.In accordance with the appropriate research, National Development and Reform Commission established a national mobilization of emergency logistics center relying on Wuhan Zhongbai Group and Jointowm National Drug mobilization center.Related research has formed the National Economy Mobilization key disciplines - Mobilization Logistics and Emergency Logistics Management research.

Currently, National Economy Mobilization Lab which he is responsible for has been invested 8.33 million yuan in support of the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Education, Beijing Institute of Technology, with the most advanced equipment and experimental conditions, which has formed the National Economy Mobilization platform based on the core of National Economy Mobilization Management Information System, National Economy Mobilization exercises and simulation development platform based on the core of HLA simulation technology, agile mobilization logistics simulation platform based on the core of Anylogic simulation software. The lab's research capacity and research conditions are in the leading position in China.
In terms of guiding postgraduate, he emphasizes research skills, learning ability and comprehensive training capability. He can improve students’ learning ability through the specialized education and training system of National Economy Mobilization Education and Training Center, improve students' researching and consulting ability through participating in the research and management consulting activities of Beijing Science and Technology Management Research Center and Beijing Institute of Technology National Defense Mobilization Center, improve students' working ability through participating in centers’ work.
